This was my favorite colored shirt. Then I got pink dye on the bottom of it. It covered nicely with a dip in brilliant blue. So glad to have my shirt back.

Interesting piece
This is a piece of sateen cotton that I decided to experiment with this summer. I put it in a jar of water and added avocado pits. It sat all summer. It didn't do anything that exciting, but turn grey. Then I rusted it to make it more interesting. Then I dyed it with safari grey. It looks pretty good now. A long process, but fun to have a challenge.

Christmas is coming
My six grandchildren will be happy with these Christmas tye dye shirts. This one was wrapped around a large nylon rope and it makes it look like water or bubbles. One of my grandchildren has a tye dye shirt for each day that he wears to school. He spent the night last weekend and made his own. I delivered it to his house today and I am sure he will be explaining to his friends tomorrow at school that he did the shirt himself.

Napkins and Table Clothes
My wheels are spinning with ideas of what I can do with the pile of linen table clothes and napkins I have. This shirt has four napkins and one each for the sleeves. Notice the pockets are on top of each other. Thought that created a different look. Some nice vintage buttons seems to set them off.
The back is a table cloth and the design of the table cloth really stands out.
