Just wanted to share with you a beautiful cactus that my neighbor gave me for Mother's Day. It is fun to have someone that enjoys plants as much as I do. We look at our new blooms on our plants some mornings together. This is a common cactus, but I have never seen it in bloom. Being from the midwest I didn't have much exposure to cactus until I moved here. They didn't look very interesting until I realized that they bloom and so beautiful.
